Ingredients:
1) 250 grams pasta
2) 3 tablespoons of butter or oil
3) 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
4) 3 cups of raw milk
5) 1/2 cup of crumbled cheese (also you can use any other cheese )

Instructions:
– take a pot and add some water and 2 spoons of salt. boil the pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes
– In a different pan, add butter and melt over low heat.
– when Quickly the butter is melted, add the all-purpose flour to the pan. mix continually with a whisk for about 2-3 minutes. Be careful it should not let it brown.
– slowly add in the milk while mixing continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
– Cook the sauce over low heat, mixing constantly, until it will become thickened to a creamy consistency. This commonly takes about 7-5 minutes.
– when the sauce has thickened, add the crumbled cheese and mix until it’s fully melted and incorporated into the sauce.
– add salt and pepper as per your taste in the sauce
– now add all roasted vegetables in a sauce and mix it for 2 minutes
– Add the boiled pasta to the pan with the white sauce. mix well until the pasta is evenly covered with the sauce.
– Remove the pan from the heat and let the pasta rest for 10 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
